Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At inGreens, we stand behind the quality of every product. Because our supplements are consumable health products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless there is a verified product quality issue.

Return Eligibility:

  • Unopened items only may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging
  • Opened items are eligible for refund only if there is a product defect, quality issue, or the wrong item was shipped
  • Proof of purchase required for all return requests

Quality Issue Claims: If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact us at info@wellmonthealth.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • Return shipping for defective/incorrect items will be covered by inGreens
  • Return shipping for unopened item returns is the customer's responsibility

Non-Refundable:

  • Opened products without a verified quality issue
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
